Green Island Outdoors was born during the most difficult chapter of our lives. After Easton’s sudden onset of seizures, we spent months in and out of the hospital—watching, waiting, hoping. It wasn’t until we began the ketogenic diet that we saw a glimmer of relief. In the midst of the chaos, we created this line as something to hold onto—something purposeful during a time that felt completely out of our control. What started as a way to cope has grown into a beautiful blessing. Today, our local community joins us in giving back by purchasing backpacks to send to children in the hospital.
